Ingredients

  • 1 qt ripe banana
  • 1 cup or 100 g of frozen chopped mango (or fresh mango if available)
  • 1 cup or 200 ml of coconut water (you can change for water or plant milks)
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the frozen cubed mango (or fresh mango if its available)
  • Add your ripe banana. Like I’ve mentioned in previous recipes, the riper the banana, the better because it’s sweeter.
  • Sprinkle the shredded coconut on the top.
  • Pour the coconut water (or plant based milks if you want it creamy) inside the blender and blend it for some minutes, until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Store it in a jar or a glass and it’s ready for you to drink!
